Data science teamwork

Today my team and I met to discuss our data science projects. We are currently working on the Bat and Rat Behaviour Analysis (2025). In this project, we serve as data detectives supporting zoologists who are investigating the interactions between bats and rats at a shared food platform.

Meeting With Dr. Yakub Sebastian at CDU

Dr Yakub Sebastian's main research interest is in data science, information retrieval, text mining, and network theory. He is an active advocate of the field Literature-Based Discovery, a specific branch of information retrieval whose goal is to improve computational approaches to hypothesis generation and novel knowledge discovery from multi-modal data sources. Aside from these, he shows interest in scientometrics and science mapping. Dr Sebastian was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science by Monash University and is currently a Guest Associate Editor for journal Frontiers in Research Metrics and Analytics (Text Mining and Literature-Based Discovery section).

Today, I discovered Headless UI and Radix UI, both of which work well with Tailwind CSS. I decided to implement Headless UI v2.1 into my personal website, and as a result, version 1.1 looks significantly better than before.
